An intensive Treatment Marathon is a 2 to 4 day group psychotherapy session that allows individuals to do the deep work that is impossible in a once a week therapy session. The psyche is very protective and will not permit us to go into our most vulnerable issues if we need to return to normal activities at the end of the hour. When two or more days are allowed, our defenses soften because the psyche knows there is plenty of time to regroup. During our intensives, clients dig deep and have fun while developing closeness with each other. Group discussion, individual Redecision work, hypnosis and anger/grief work are weaved together to create results that might otherwise take six months of therapy.
